From first conversation
to kickoff.

Every engagement follows the same sequence. First conversation to SOW in under two weeks. Kickoff in week one of the engagement. No ramp period, no vendor onboarding theater. The sequence is short because the scoping work is real.

First Conversation

30 to 45 minutes. No pitch deck. We listen to the situation, ask the questions that matter, and give you a direct read on whether what you're describing is something we're the right team to deliver. If it isn't, we'll say that too.

Step 02
Scope Development

We develop a scope of work document within 5 to 7 business days. Scope covers objectives, deliverables, team composition, timeline, rate structure, and KPI framework. Nothing open-ended. Every line defensible in audit.

Step 03
Agreement

Standard master services agreement. Clean terms. No lock-in clauses beyond the defined SOW. References, insurance certificates, and financial stability documentation available within 48 hours of request.

Step 04
Kickoff

Full team introduced. Tools and access provisioned. First sprint or first working session scheduled in week one. No onboarding overhead on your side. We arrive ready to work.
