I have a deep and powerful Etsy addiction. I love Makers, I love one-of-a-kind gifts, and am a die-hard fan of the strange and eclectic. I have daydreamed many times about just climbing inside of my Etsy app so that I could roll around in custom hoodies and live out my original-art fantasies. Imagine!

Turns out we don’t have to imagine – earlier this month, The Etsy House made its debut online. It is a genuinely lovely immersive commerce experience, allowing the customer to navigate through an impressively curated 3D home. Items are easily explorable, but tags denoting purchasable products are understated and do not distract from the ambience.
